Thank you for taking the time to stop and be part of our journey! We started this journey back in July of 2024, having coffee with a friend and discussing the fact that we could not get a great cup of coffee in southern Utah. So now what? Well the rabbit hole was there so down the hole I went. So many late nights and hours of reading and research. Well that led Liz and myself on a road trip to pick up our first little roaster. She is a great little machine and will always be ours! We have been blessed with many great customers and each and every cup and smile means so much!
We will be posting here about the how, why and end results of roasting, origins, and other aspects of coffee. So please feel free to reach out with questions or comments!
